Downstairs the modern kitchen is fully equipped for an extended stay, with ample seating: 4 stools at the island bench and 2 chairs at the lower built-in table as well as a dining suite seating 8. A large leather sofa sits in front of the fireplace with a smart TV above, and sliding doors open to the alfresco deck with its built-in bar, BBQ, dining suite and lounge, and the pizza oven nestled within the native gardens.
