Newly renovated, the kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and the renovated family bathroom has a shower, separate toilet and heating. Other features include 2 Smart TVs, split system heating/cooling and a wood fire coonara to snuggle up to during the cooler months. This property is fully fenced, with large grassed gardens where children can play and plenty of room for your furry friend, as well as an outdoor dining area with a BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining while taking in the balmy coastal breezes.



There is also onsite parking for up to 4 cars, a jet ski or a small boat.

The Neighborhood:

Tootgarook is located between Rye and Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. The name ‘Tootgarook’ is an Aboriginal word meaning ‘land of the croaking frog’ and it’s a lovely place to escape and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the busy city. Famous for its beautiful beaches and wetlands, there are plenty of outdoor activities to do in this area. The Tootgarook wetlands are home to many types of frogs and bird species, and you can enjoy an easy 30 minute walk through this stunning natural environment. The foreshore beach is the perfect spot for a picnic and swim, with shallow water for the whole family to enjoy.
