Crafted by Tim Gurner in collaboration with renowned designer David Hicks, this apartment offers an unbeatable inner-city lifestyle bathed in northern light. The design pays homage to the iconic terrace townhouses of London and New York while being just minutes away from Melbourne's city centre, the Domain, Botanic Gardens, the Arts Precinct, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Albert Park Lake and Golf Course, South Melbourne Beach, Clarendon Street shops and the vibrant South Melbourne Market. Trams to the city conveniently pass right by the front door.

This is a large four story apartment of 186 square meters with 156M internal and 30M external. Upon entering the ground floor, ascend via a spiral staircase or the lift to the first floor, where an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area awaits. Sunlight floods through the expansive space, featuring elegant dark parquetry floors, panoramic city views and a stunning gourmet kitchen boasting white Carrara marble benches and Miele appliances. The spiral staircase leads to the third floor, where two additional bedrooms and bathrooms await. Guests can step out of the lift to a single bedroom with an ensuite. generous built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The single bed can be converted into a workstation desk with a stunning cityscape outlook.

The second bedroom with queen bed has a large Smart TV with Netflix, a generous built-in robe, air conditioning and an adjacent chic tiled bathroom.

Facing north, the expansive rooftop deck offers an unforgettable entertainment space, complete with a built-in BBQ and an outdoor table setting comfortably seating six that is perfect for soaking in the stunning panoramic cityscape views whilst al fresco dining.

For utmost comfort, the apartment features air conditioning on all levels, double glazing, a Euro-laundry on the entry level, and one secure undercover, internally accessed car space. An additional car space can be arranged on request at no charge.
