The house is only 300m to the beach, so you can leave the car at home and walk to the beach

Groups:
Suitable for families, couples and groups.

Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $1500.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $2000.
Schoolies have a higher bond

We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.

Check-in time is from 3:00pm
Check-out time is by 10:00am
Early check-in and late check-out can be booked and paid for if available via the guest portal.
Base price is for 8 guests and increases $40 per person per nights booked after
