«Very disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels. Com always helps us out. »

«This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. The beds were comfortable the owner allowed us to check in early. Overall a good stay.»

«This was our third time staying in this cute little cottage! We absolutely love staying there and we will again in the fall! There was one thing that blew our minds though, and this is just a little reminder for folks that stay in the Melbourne area... There was a rocket launch and we didn't know what all the shaking and banging noises were at first! Then disappointed that we didn't see it! We love it there!»

«My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!»
