"I had a superior suite. Unfortunately, I got the garden view, which is not nice. The hotel itself is very good, and my favorite is probably the pool area with fantastic sunset view. There is a nice beach right at the hotel with some activities. Breakfast has a lot of options, but is very crowded (February 2026). The steakhouse on-premises is very good. Room was spacious, but some issues: Small ants in the room, shower water didn't get really warm, A/C in living room was not working well, and the safe deposit box needed change of batteries. There is a night market right by the hotel with lots of restaurants and services. Friendly staff. Would recommend."

"Be aware that this hotel has a purely «all inclusive» concept. There were unfortunately no possibilities to buy drinks, beers etc. without wristband options. Neither any à la carte dinning. Luckily there was a really nice beach restaurant in the next door hotel where you could pay for good quality food and drink services (The Haven Beach Club). Having that said, the staff was lovely and service minded and the premises clean. "
