«The staff was excellent. The food was excellent. It was clean. The pool was nice. They have cookies and coffee and water 24 hours a day even games to play in the lobby. The only part that was a little creepy is when you go down to the pool in the basement there’s like this creepy war memorial that makes it seem like a horror film, but otherwise the property was nice.»

«Breakfast is not included. Property is a bit more run down than other Doubletrees we have stayed at. Our first room had water spots on the ceiling and potentially mold. We had to be moved the second night because the room above was leaking water in our vent very loudly. There were unfortunately no other available rooms with king beds. »

«The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member ...
