«I was able to have early check in. The private bathroom off the main room was tiny. Coffee and cocoa were nice. The beds were comfy but the accent lights didn’t work and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Price and location were nice.. may book again.. spider webs outside 🤔😊»

«This is an amazing place filled with character and lots of little items that made the stay easier. The kitchen is stocked with equipment enough to host a full Thanksgiving dinner! We only got to stay 2 nights, but it would be a great place for an extended period of time if you are exploring the area in addition to taking in the shows in Ashland.»

«The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.»

«Wow! This home exceeded every expectation and is easily one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The curb appeal is absolutely charming, with gorgeous flowers, a beautifully maintained yard, and a peaceful back deck that made me want to linger outside.Inside, the large windows flood the home with natural light, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere. «The Grandview house and property far exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoying making meals together in the beautiful kitchen and reminiscing on the deck while taking in the spectacular views. We were fortunate to see lots of wildlife too. We hope to come back next year.»
