In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

- For security reasons and compliance with accommodation regulations, we kindly request that, prior to your arrival, you send us a clear photograph of the identity document (ID card or passport) of each guest who will be staying at the property.

Please note that reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

We are informing you that renovations will be taking place on the terrace. During the work, noise may be generated between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Thank you for your understanding.



Washing machines have been installed on the 5th and 10th floors of the building. They are for independent use and are available at any time, provided they are unoccupied. The cost is 15,000 COP (approximately USD 4) per wash and 15,000 COP (approximately USD 4) per dry.
