The bedroom comes with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.



The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. The apartment has a washer. A workspace is available too.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.
