The room was extremely small for what was considered a queen suite. It was overpriced due to hike in prices even as a Marriot Bonvoy member. The cost was higer than USA prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the food service manager. I think its important to put people before money, and charging exuberant cost in a city where cost is affordable. I felt abandoned by the US hotel chains in Medellin.
