PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest and visitor must register before arrival via a link we will provide and must also present a valid ID or passport at the building’s entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR PRESENT A NOTARIZED PERMISSION FORM.
3)Use of the apartment is permitted only for residential, business, or leisure purposes; no meetings or parties of any kind are allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents must be reported to the company providing the rental service and must be addressed and repaired within 7 business days.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substance on the building’s premises or inside the apartment, including cigars and tobacco; a $50.0 USD fee will be charged if you are found smoking inside.
7) You may not leave any items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed, but you must exercise caution.
9) SEX TRAFFICKING AND DRUG TRAFFICKING ARE CRIMES; ANY DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the lights and make sure the windows and the front door are closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. Calling a locksmith will incur an additional charge. Each additional set of keys costs $25.00 USD.
13) To help protect the environment, we ask that you use water and electricity responsibly.
14) Building security is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment; please ensure both locks are securely closed and that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras operated by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please dispose of the apartment’s trash in the chute and return the keys to the Local Expert. Be sure to let your Local Expert know your check-out time and ensure that the windows and door are secured.
