ok for the price.
positive: room was cleaned well. rain shower. Hotel allowed late check out (1pm) for me which I truly appreciate. negative: no tissues in room, no fridge, and no hairdryer (need to request). shampoo and body wash is a 3 in 1 and quality was not good. A few black moulds on toilet walls.

Si on ne peut pas faire autrement
L'hôtel présente à peu près bien et est plutôt bien situé. Pour le reste, passez votre chemin : propreté de la salle de bain douteuse, draps et serviettes en piteux état... Heureusement, comme toujours en Indonésie, le personnel est très sympathique.

This is my 2nd stay after 5 months. Good location, clean and reasonable price for no frills hotel. Thumbs up to reception Ms Intan, her working attitude and service is equal to 5 star hotel staff. Will op for this hotel again next trip.

Fave have a cozy and clean room for a rest after i travel for hours, its a good place to rest. i requested a late night check in time and they gave me a spare one hour to check out on the next day, which i feel so considerable of the staff. breakfast was great, i love the porridge with salted egg and ikan teri

The hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, shower/bed and AC working perfectly. Good food and excellent coffee... We stayed several nights and we didn’t like Medan at all, so we spent most of the time hanging out in our room and in the evening we hd dinner/ drinks at the hotel.

Late Night Massage Call
Nice hotel and not too far from the city. Brand new hotel but the drain in the bathroom clogs and there's a smell coming from it. Overall it was okay, room is clean and comfy. Beware of the late night call (11pm on weekdays) from the receptionist about their brand new massage package, you never know what they mean by that.

スタッフの心遣い!
部屋は清潔でスタッフもとても親切。エアポートリンクの始発(AM3:30)に乗るので深夜にチェックアウトする旨伝えたところタクシーは危ないからとわざわざホテルの車を出して駅まで送ってくれました。ゲストの安全に常に注意を払ってくれているのが分かりちが嬉しかったです。このホテルの滞在も楽しい旅の思い出の一つとなりました。また利用したいです。

The stay is comfortable with clean room and bathroom. Staffs are very friendly and able to communicate in English. Variety of food for breakfast can be further improved. No hair dryer provided in room unless request over the counter. No fridge in room.

Nieuw hotel, badkamer mag wat schoner
Het is een nieuwe hotel. De voorkant en de balie ziet er mooi uit, ik heb hier niets aan te merken. De kamer is simple, de bedden wel ruim, maar de kussen is te hoog en hard. De douche hok heeft geen deur, waardoor als je douche overal wordt nat. Schoonmaken kunnen ze niet in Indonesia, dit aan te merken op de vloer kamer ien de doucheput. Tevens de kamer is horige, om 6uur hoor ik mensen op de gang hard aan t praten. Ik heb de klach bij de receptie ingediend, maar wordt er niks mee gedaan. het personeel bij de receptie wel aardig, maar bij t restaurant mag wat vriendelijker zijn.

Breakfast can be improved
The breakfast is slightly behind compared to swiss belinn hotel, both are rated three star. The room is clean but not big enough.

Recommended hotel
It is a nice hotel, clean, new building, comfort, and good location. Several restaurants surrounding. The shortage is the parking area but it is not a problem if we use public transport, online taxi is very cheap, safe and very convinience.
