«What an unique place! A real ranch feel. Quite and beautiful. We stayed in one of the small cabins and had the best time. Our kids (age 4 and 6) absolutely loved the ranch - big thanks to Annie and Nate for letting them feed and pet the cuddly mini goats and walk the pony Belle. We did horseback riding and an amazing helicopter tour in the Grand Canyon. After dinner, cowboy Dave sang, played the guitar and harmonica by the bonfire under the stars, and the kids made S’mores. 10/10! »

«Unbelievable Stargazing, Because Meadview is so wonderfully remote, the dark skies are incredible. We spent every night looking up at a crystal-clear view of the stars and the Milky Way right from the property. The house has everything for the long stay.»

«When we arrived it was raining. The roof leaks in three places and the sliding door leaks too. We had to put the garbage cans under the leaks and listen to them drip for hours. It has obviously been leaking for awhile judging by the condition of the floor. My fiancé was extremely disappointed and upset about the accommodations. The host never responded to our message about the problem with the roof.»

«I had to give 4 stars because the aerial view made the stay appear to be secluded, however, there were a few mini houses above the property that shared a road and there were others staying in those properties. One of the renters came down to our rental because they thought we were the owners and needed to connect to the WiFi at our site. It was odd. But other than that a nice place to get away. Just not as secluded and private as I had expected based on the photos»
