«The house is in excellent condition and there are no complaints there. My only recommendations is that the management company Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals could do a better job. Before even arriving I was sent many emails, mostly repetitive, asking for the same thing every time such sign this waiver, send a valid photo id, whatever. Then I would receive multiple emails and text discussing the “portal” which is complete crap and access codes to the property, received 4 different ones, and then ...

«The house was okay. Basics all there. The rooms are quite bare, not even a dresser. Just a box to sleep in. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old and floppy, comforter did not seem washed. Either did the blanket that was thoughtfully put in the living room. The half bath toilet did not work and owner never responded.people renting the downstairs had a gathering and they blocked our access to the garage (out only way in) and we could hear the conversations through the floor. »
