«Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again»

«Host was very responsive, house was very comfortable master bed was very comfortable. Nice kitchen amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Security cameras as well. Close to everything you need. Nice spacious 3 bedroom house with big living room. With new washer and drying in good size laundry room. We stayed for 2 weeks while working here in GA. So glad I picked this place. »

«House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!»

«The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.»
