«Place was very clean and convenient. We needed a place with room to park a boat and there was plenty of room. It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again.»

«The Railroad Ranch was the perfect place to stay with my family and our puppy during our visit to the Canfield Fair! The house was spotless and in a wonderful location close to Mill Creek Park and Boardman shopping. Wayne, our host, went above and beyond to help us out with the EV charger and other amenities. We would absolutely recommend the Railroad Ranch to anyone staying in the Youngstown-Boardman area!»

«This property was nothing as advertised. We left and found a hotel room accommodations for the 8 of us. We noticed the AC wasn’t adequate as soon as we opened the door. The floor was sticky in the kitchen and the whole house seemed dirty. The temperature was 80 degrees inside. We left to get dinner after adjusting the thermostat down and returned 90 minutes later to find that the house somehow felt hotter. We never stayed a night.
