«The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. «Me and my wife have made the trip annually to TN and Blue Ridge area for many years now. This was our absolute favorite. Being in the mountains, we always prefer to spend most of our time outside.
