«Wonderful place to stay. Worked well for a family of 10. The living room is a cozy place to gather with beautiful views. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I'm thankful a property like this allows pets, so many don't. It was great to have a nice backyard for the dogs. Communication with host was excellent. Kids enjoyed the hot tub.»

«Great place, perfect for everyone! The game room with arcade games and a pool/ping pong table made nights in very enjoyable. The jacuzzi was peaceful and relaxing. Only wish that there were no scented plug-ins and scented trash bags since we are very sensitive to chemicals and artificial fragrances.»

We were lucky enough to walk in the snow the day after Christmas and had a great time!The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The living room was small and comfy. «It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. The host didn't respond to most of the questions I had which were very few, I had to call them ...

«This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever been. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned- maybe in months. The brita water filter hadn’t been changed in so long that the water was cloudy. The main burner on the stove was filthy, and had exposed wires to the point where if we’d have cooked on it, it’s definitely a fire hazard. «At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second ...
