In addition to that, you will also find the Queen Fleur-De-Lis Room. Very Comfy and Spacious Room that comes with a Bell Next to the Bed Incase you Need to Call Someone up for service ;). Furthermore, you will also find The Vintage Master Bedroom. This Incredible Room is Super Spacious to just Relax and get a Good Rest. This Room comes with Incredible Purple Lighting that will just make any Occasion Extra Perfect! Walk into the Master Bathroom and you will Encounter a Beautiful Jetted Spa Jacuzzi with a Waterfall Faucet that changes colors depending on the water Temperature.! Versaille's Residence ™ is Located in North McAllen on a Peaceful & Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Just a Few Steps Away (Walking Distance) and you will find a Infinite Variety of Luxurious Shops, Restaurants, HEB, Starbucks, and a Bus Stop that takes you all around the City. 10 min by Car and you can Find Yourself in the Convention Center, Arenas, Art Sector, Business District & Entertainment Zone that promotes a Spectacular Nightlife.

There is a Bus Stop a Couple of Minutes (Walking) from the House that takes you all around the City. If you Arrive by Car, you can Park it Inside the Garage, or Park it Outside in the Front of the House. I am more than Welcome to pick up any of my Guests from the Airport or Central Bus Station & Bring them to the House as Courtesy; if I am available on those dates.

1. The Main Entrance Door Auto-Locks Itself after 30 Seconds. So if a Guest Forgets to Lock the Door, the House will Protect all Guests Automatically by Auto-Locking Itself.

2. There are Outside Cameras monitoring the Front Entrance & Back Driveway for the Security of all Guests. There are No Cameras Inside the Property.

Overall, the property was great. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. The outside patio area is lit nicely and the whole inside of the house is very aesthetically pleasing. My favorite feature of the house would be the accent wall in the living area. It has a dark quartz stone texture that really accentuates the space. Only thing that could make the stay better could be just adding some extra blanket and/or throws, for extra comfort, and maybe labeling the light switches.

Amazing place. The attention to detail of the decor is impressive. You really do feel like you're in a mini Versailles. Artwork, furniture, lighting, books, just really lovely and fun and well appointed.

Great Place to Stay

We absolutely loved the house. The architecture and interior design gave us the feel of a 5 star resort. Communication was great. Amenities were the best. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances, etc. And, we really appreciated having a garage in which to park our car. I'll look for availability of this property the next time I'm in RGV.

Superb

This was the finest place I have ever stayed at. The property owner Yamil is more than a Superhost. He keeps in contact throughout the entire process and is readily available at any hour. The Townhouse looks even prettier in person. The Garage is huge, and clean. The entire place was immaculate. I would have to say that even if it had not been up to par Yamils superb customer service would have me coming back. Its hard to find kind hosts nowadays. People who really care ❤ . Thank you Yamil for such a warm welcome, and for always taking that extra step to make us happy 😊. Your property is gorgeous. My favorite color is purple 💜, and the dishes, and appliances being purple made me happy to be in the kitchen. God bless, and thank you once again.

Pleasant stay

This apartment was perfect for our long weekend visit. There was plenty of space for the four of us. Each upstairs bedroom had its own bathroom, with an additional bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. One bedroom had a queen bed and the other was a king. The beds were both very comfortable. It was nice to have the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage. What a clean garage. The kitchen looked well stocked, but we didn't have an opportunity to use it. We did use the Keurig for morning coffee. A great place to stay.
