The common areas feature a large kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space, and an abundance of appliances and accessories for your convenience. The dining table is counter height. It can sit 4, or 6 with the included leaf. We have two additional chairs at the bar area for flexible use.

The living area features an extremely comfortable power reclining sofa and power reclining chair. Each has independent adjustable headrest and leg extension controls. They can be full extended to a completely reclined position. We have a high end vava 4k ultra short throw laser projector, which casts a bright image on the 100" ALR screen so you can easily view your favorite shows and films during the day. It also features built in Harmon Kardon speakers. The image quality is truly incredible.

The desk area features a comfortable chair, granite surface, custom cabinets, and a giant 38" Dell U3818DW curved ultra-wide monitor. The monitor sports a 3840x1600 resolution, and provides plenty of real estate to work multiple documents or in multiple windows simultaneously. We have a thunderbolt-3 usb-c cable for you to plug in your notebook to the monitor. After plugging into the monitor, your PC will also discover the Microsoft 900 wireless keyboard and mouse provided with the desk. The monitor also features built in speakers.

The bedrooms feature large dressers for your clothing, as well as Serta Euro-Plush queen beds. Each have 58" Samsung 4k Smart TV's. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower, making it perfect setup for two groups of travelers. The larger of the two bedrooms features it's own private balcony as well. There are blinds and/or curtains on all windows for extra privacy.

We have Apple 4k units in every room for streaming media and apps that can work with the TV's and projectors. The youtube tv app will allow you to watch live or recorded tv.
