«Charming accommodations in a very quiet country setting. Conveniently located in the Knoxville area. Host was VERY thoughtful about leaving a couple of interior lights on, even the televisions were on and had the main menus ready to go. The home was clean, we enjoyed the retro decor, and loved the comfy sofa where we kicked back at night to unwind with a movie. Our travel plans changed somewhat and host made it very easy to add an additional night, for which we were quite grateful.»

«We can't say enough positive about Carlyn and Dylan and their home away from home. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dogs and that was wonderful. The home is convenient to everything! We were about 12 miles UT, and just a few minutes from downtown. Whenever we had a question, Carlyn and Dylan immediately got back to us. «Very nice property in Deerfield Resort. We used the pickleball courts, the pool and the lake. We love Norris Lake for its clarity. We had fires and marshmallows. Enough room for 12 people easily. We watched World Cup games on the tvs. It was too hot for the hot tub and we were glad for the ac. We had great communication with the owners and always got a response.»
