«My friends and I come to Molokai about once a year, staying at various places on the west side; all have been good. However, we won’t stay at this condo again. Positives: Décor is pretty, ground floor lanai was peaceful. Twin bed was comfortable. Negatives: Condo was dirty. Unwashed dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Crusty black cooking pans. Hair in my bed. Hair and grime on the bathroom floor & bathmats. Moldy & torn chair cushions. The worst issue was an unacceptably horrid stench on all the ...

«Melorine's unit was great: clean, efficient, it had everything we needed. Staying at Molokai Shores is not only convenient (close to town and central to both the East end and the West end of Molokai) but also right on the water. The pool is lovely. The grounds are well kept. We look forward to another visit.»

«Molokai is pretty laid back and not highly developed from a tourist standpoint, which is what we were looking for. The condo, which in its pictures looked a bit dated, definitely was when we got there. So no surprise. But we were disappointed a bit by what we encountered. Several missing or not working light bulbs. A ceiling fan in the bedroom that was either on or off, the chain control for how fast is turned wasn't working. Closet and bath doors that were delaminating. The view is ...

«This condo was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Molokai Shores is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The pool was very clean. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there weren't any pool towels or beach amenities provided (chairs, cooler, etc). We were able to purchase some towels at the drug store in town. Would stay here again.»

«We enjoyed out stay in Molokai, and the Molokai Shores property was quite lovely. The unit itself was quite dated, but it was fine for our needs and our last-minute booking. Our only concerns were that the one bathroom area was very tight for a family of four ( including two teenage girls), plus the non-smoking rule (must be 20 feet from the property) was not enforced. We had a neighbour who would light up his cigars on his lanai several times a day, and the smoke would come into our unit. We ...
