«The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay.
We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on ...

«Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297).
Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful.»
