«Everything was great! Except the fact that when I checked in the printer didn’t work and I was unable to sign any paperwork. My daughter and I stayed the night after a softball tournament, her last game was at 7pm we were exhausted & just wanted to have dinner, take a shower & go to sleep because we had to be up at 6am. At 12:30 the front desk lady comes knocking at my door asking me sign papers… like really. Then at 2:30 the fire alarm goes off. »

«I had asked for a downstairs room since they didn’t have an elevator and I was healing up from tearing my tendons on my left knee from falling downstairs backwards a month earlier and my dog is 1.5 years old so stairs are not her friend either. The counters were all dirty, the floor was so dirty I had to mop it twice so my feet would not turn black. The kitchen sink leaked all over my things I had on the counter, and on the floor. They refused to give me a refund because I "was in the room for 1hour", according to the time I checked in. I had a lot of things to unload, had to look for the hotel cart and I tried to get a hold of them over the phone but nobody answered and there was nobody in the lobby. 1 hour is reasonable for unloading, documenting the issues and try to communicate.
