This trip was for business not pleasure and was extremely inconvenienced throughout the entire stay. Looking to be compensated for the 2nd half of our stay and we also checked out 2 days early.»

«I took a gamble booking a new listing, but needed a place to stay on short notice close by while my house was undergoing repairs, and figured a condo would be preferable to hotel room. I was not able to get hold of the property manager, and had to make other arrangements. In addition, the address provided corresponded to a house, not a condo. However, Vrbo reps were helpful in resolving the issue, and I was able to get a refund.»

«No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise»
