«Good»

«Hyggelig, blide og hjelpfulle resepsjonister. Trivelig å spise frokost på Cafen i centret. Litt vanskelig å finne hotellet som ligger i 2.etg i Castra Center.»

«I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. The hostel located on high point so you always can find good spots to seat and relax around the propety and have great air and sea view! Great place I really loved it. Allot of ...

«Air conditioning was very sub--par»

«We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a ...

«Meget god frokost og hotellet ligger fint til ved stranden, alt er rent og pent og hyggelig personale. Savner bacon men en er jo i Israel -:) om en har bil er dette perfekt, 5 min til stort flott kjøpesenter og 7min til sentrum. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit»

«Easy check in nice room the only thing is there are no face or hand towels were provided »

«Bra opphold, rett på stranden. Hyggelig betjening»

«The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same ...

«Clean property and was great for parking as it was accessible to a free parking lot next to the building. Also walkable neighborhood. Clean hotel and spacious and beautifully designed, and staff were very friendly. For a 5 star hotel i was hoping to see some additional amenities such as a bidet in the bathroom, some toiletries in the bathroom were missing, more than a single water bottle during my stay, and there wasnt a lounge area to accept guests except for a small breakfast area that didnt ...

«Our stay at Zidan Sarai Suite was incredible. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most unique places we have stayed. The owner, Zidan, has done an amazing job in renovating his family’s place. No detail was overlooked to ensure his guests would have a memorable experience. Zidan met us at the property, gave us a tour of the suite along with the history of the building. Both, Zidan and his suite, are special. We will return to Acre just to stay here again. Thank you, Zidan, for ...

«Great location near restaurants»

«A great stay in the old city! The public parking was a nightmare (be warned), but our host was really lovely, the location was great, and the apartment was spacious and clean. I would stay here again!»
