«What a cozy little beach cottage! We had an excellent stay at this property. Being right in the water was amazing - we watched birds and deer from the back deck, and enjoyed the beach close by! «The cottage was nice enough but there was one huge flaw. There was no way to cook!There is no stove/oven in the cottage. Outside was a nice five burner gas grill. But – no propane! When I contacted the owner he apologized and said the main house next door had a propane tank that we could take. My husband went over there but couldn’t get the tank free. We were going to just use that grill but couldn’t get the gas knob to turn on. Owner was located in NY. He said he had a friend who was local who ...

«The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that.»

«This was the perfect place for our 4-night stay in Nantucket! The location was ideal — just about a 10-minute walk to Main Street. The layout worked especially well for two couples, and it was such a nice bonus that they allowed my parents’ dog. The home had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!»
