Villa Pindaro is a bright and sunny three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Pindaro you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of Nerano bay. Villa Pindaro is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 650 meters (710 yards), a grocery store at 1.1 km (roughly 0.68 miles), the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 450 meters (1480 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Pindaro from the parking area going up approximately 11 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Pindaro. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Pindaro is along a narrow uphill road.

Roof LevelTerrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from mid-April until the end of October. You will reach it from the third terrace going up an external spiral staircase which consists of approximately 12 steps. It is equipped with a sofa, as well as with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Nerano bay.
First Apartment, Entrance LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room has a window, as well as a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The ceiling of the bathroom has an height of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point.
Second Apartment, First LevelTerrace 3
The third terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with an armchair. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the second terrace along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the third terrace. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the kitchen. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the second terrace through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
