Welcome to ‘La Casa di Barbara’, a three-room apartment located in Maslianico, ideal for those who want to explore both places in the small Switzerland and on the Italian Lake Como.

Upon entering the flat, you will be greeted by a living room furnished in a modern style, featuring white furniture and a large sofa in shades of grey. The comfortable and bright ambience is perfect for relaxing and chatting. In the living room you will also find a dining table for four. The wooden parquet flooring throughout the room adds a touch of warmth and sophistication.

The kitchen, located in a separate room, is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here, too, white furniture lends a clean, modern look.

Continuing on, you will find yourself in the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed. A large wardrobe with mirror will allow you to conveniently store all your belongings. The large, bright window floods the room with natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The second room is ideal for additional guests, thanks to the double sofa bed. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during the hours you are not sleeping. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa) that guarantees a comfortable rest.

The bathroom is equipped with all essential amenities, including a toilet and shower, to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Connected to the living room, the flat has a small outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying moments in the open air. In addition, ‘La Casa di Barbara’ is equipped with a private washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms.

Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

In a 10-minute walk you can reach the small historic centre of Maslianico, the church, the sports ground, several bars and cafés where you can enjoy a good breakfast and the restaurant ‘L'Asinaccio’ in the square, where you can taste typical Como specialities and gourmet dishes. A few minutes' drive away is the hamlet of Tavernola, with its large Bennet shopping centre and the small landing stage for taking the boat to Como or to the most famous tourist resorts on Lake Como, such as Torno, Laglio, Argegno and Bellagio. The renowned village of Cernobbio is a 5-minute drive away. Cernobbio is a picturesque town on the shores of Lake Como, known for its elegance and charm. The historic centre is characterised by narrow streets, charming squares and a variety of cafés and restaurants offering delicious local dishes. The centre of Como is a 10-minute drive away. The Swiss border is 1 minute away.



How to get there:

By car: Arriving from the A9 motorway, take the exit ‘Como Lago’ and follow the GPS, after about 8 minutes you will be in front of the flat.

By public transport: Arriving at the North Station of Como walk about 5 minutes to the stop ‘Como Verdi’, from there take bus N.6 in the direction of ‘Como-Cavour’ and get off after about 24 minutes at ‘Maslianico-Verdi’. From there in 1 minute walk you will be in front of the flat.
