«Very clean and amazing place»

«The room we had was beautifully situated, a little worn. Some things seemed a little off from the start, like a dead bird on top of the four poster bed, door that did not close properly, shower and hot water in bathtub not working. Bird was removed, the rest remained. In time hygiene was a problem: half drunk welcome drink was not removed and attracted ants, ketchup stains were still there after four days. Front house kept suggesting that all problems were tended to. Great location, come with ...

«Veldig bra hotell. Perfekt beliggenhet i Ubud for restauranter, butikker og Monkey Forrest.»

«We had a wonderful stay at Plataran Ubud. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere, and an exclusive yet welcoming feel. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They were always smiling, attentive, and made us feel valued throughout our stay. If you are looking for a tranquil and luxurious place to stay in Ubud, we can highly recommend Plataran. We ...

«Hotellet er sentralt og uteområdene er veldig fine. Dessverre for oss bodde vi i det jeg vil tro er den «gamle» delen. Det var ikke like bra som på bildene.. Blant annet et knust vindu som er dekket til med papp. Videre var ikke badet like fint som på bildene. For oss dro dessverre kvaliteten på rommet ned opplevelsen. »

«Staff was friendly went above and beyond rooms were clean everyday best experience i had in a long time»

«All over fair hotel with friendly and polite staff. Only decent breakfast. Very good with the free shuttle bus service. Night/morning staff at reception spoke poor English and wasn’t helpful at all. This happened on several occasions. Upon check out we felt suspected when one of the employee thought we had stolen stuff when he observed the room before letting us go. Strange way of them to end our stay and all we can remember is distrust.»

«This resort is located close to all the shops and cafes. Perfect walking distance and near all the action. Friendly staff, tasty food and great ambience. I rented my own villa and it was the best. Definitely recommend this resort. Wish they had exercise machines. But in Bali, you’re burning calories daily wherever you go!!! Five stars.»

«Mycket vacker trädgård och natur runt hotellet Fina rum med Bali känsla dock hårda sängar Restaurang och Pool valdigt Bra.»

«Wonderful staff and very nice and luxurious hotel. Loved the pool area with jungle views. The rooms are very nice. A lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like about the rooms was there were only a fully see-through door to the toilet, so no privacy.»

«Fantastisk hotell med den beste utsikten og atmosfæren. Rommene var ikke så fine som forventer, men selve hotellet hadde en wow faktor.»

«The staff are amazing - so friendly and open, serviceminded and warm. We felt like home! The hotell is peacefully situated with an amazing view of the jungle, and just a short walk from other facilities and ubud center. Also recommend the spa and the Hibachi-dinner!! We will for sure come back!!»

«Amazing staff. So helpful. Great ammenities. Generous food for breakfast and afternoon tea. Convenient location.»

«Good service, and amazing personell. Had to leave in a hurry bc covid but got upgraded to a seaview last minute for free, just a shame we could not use it! Could be better veggie food! - All inn all, great plass.»

«Nytt hotell ved stranden. Dessverre er ikke alt ferdig bygget enda, og det er ekstremt mye støy ifm ferdigstilling av hotellet. De jobber i 12-14 t om dagen, og støyen er ganske sjenerende. Anbefaler ikke å bo her før det er ferdig bygget. Ekstremt hyggelige ansatte og god mat.»
