«Wonderful home right on the Katy trail. We loved our stay, the house was a great location for a few days of biking. Being able to come home and use the hot tub was a huge plus. We loved Phillys pizza and Cori twins bar great people and atmosphere. We have rented many homes/condos in the past years, but I do have to say the extras this house provided topped them all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would and will recommend.»

«Small farm town feel. Nice job renovating the location. If you’re looking at cooking or doing in the kitchen, they have everything you need there. Lighting in the bedroom throughout the night. It is pretty light with the street lights as there are no shades so if your used to sleeping in dark rooms that will not happen here. Very historic building we were not there very much other than to just sleep.»

«Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. «This was a very comfortable attractive home with thoughtful details such as creamer in the fridge, robes and whimsical decor. The little town was quaint and quiet and if we’d arrived a week later, more businesses would’ve been open for the summer season. The host was easy to communicate with and entry was easy too. Nice laundry room with detergent. Park across the street for kids and close access to Katy Trail. More wineries in the area than the town website even advertises! Nicely stocked ...

«The hosts were amazing!! They left us a bottle of wine and some trail mix and nuts upon our arrival. The house has spectacular charm and just sitting in the house for breakfast was a really treat.I highly recommend this rental, especially in the summer due to the very nice swimming pool in the back yard. I gave 4 stars because during our visit the hot tub was slightly low in water level, the water had a noticeable 'off' smell to it, was slightly turbid, and looked like it needed a good cleaning. ...

At 3 o’clock on the day of check-in I received all the check-in information for our 4 o’clock arrival. We had an 18 Hour drive to this property so we did not get in until 930 that evening.
