«Really disappointed. The house looks nice on the outside but on the inside, there was serious need of cleaning and upgrade. We rented the guest house since there were 3 of us. Very outdated and dirty. The comforter not clean. The second bed was the pull out sofa. The host later brought a pile of linens as if just out of the dryer for the bed…not folded and not made up before we arrived. The worst part was a very strong must odor. Smelled moldy. «We really enjoyed our stay at this location, it’s a hidden gem with beautiful countryside around it, a great host couple, and many places to explore close by. Our 4 year old daughter loved the horses, alpacas and dogs on the property. Great long weekend location outside DC. Very cozy, well maintained house.»
