Hoteller nær Marsh Island

«I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke ...

«The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel looks decent enough inside. First room had a strong overpowering mildew smell. We were moved to another room, had a mild smell. Found a small amount of hair in tub. Breakfast was decent enough, waffle maker , eggs , sausage gravy assorted pastries»

«Muy cómodo el lugar, muy limpio y privado»

«The property was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were down for Hampton’s Homecoming and the price was very reasonable considering the events for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this location & rebook for my next visit.»

«Very good 👍😊»

«The hotel is nice, and everything we hoped for. But there is very limited possibilities with out a car. But no lack of parkingspaces. With 4 kids from 11 to 17 the hotel let us mix the rooms as we wished, very happy about that.»

«It was fine. They only had half a roll of toilet paper, which was kinda weird that it wasn't a whole roll. The girl that was supposed to check me out this morning wouldn't get off her cellphone or even look up. Just said " Have a good day" While still looking at her phone. To the point where I was actually thrown off by the audacity of her attitude»

«Convenient walk to dinner. Nice staff. But a bit understaffed...decent breakfast.»

«The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.»

«Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy.»

«Upon arriving we were greeted so graciously by the two girls from Pennsylvania I have misplaced their names in my head everything was a bit available the chocolates the lovely cookies the coffee the wine bar the room was beautiful the beds were lovely we had a stellar time and will definitely be back thanks again Hornsby house and we sure did enjoy ourselves»

«I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!»
