"the room is a bit ugly except the bathroom. the building itself is ugly. also the electric kettle smelled like a strong vinegar. i was hesitant to use it because it feels dirty. when i checked in, the staff overcharged my stay for 100 euros. I dont really understand why they overcharged it but i got it the refund the next day when i showed my booking receipt. all in all, the hotel is ok."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Bordeaux Centre. The breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower in our room was pretty low pressure and the toilet didn't flush properly. The staff was amazing though, really helpful and understanding and most of them spoke English. All in all a pretty good hotel that has a good location if you want to explore the city by foot or by bike."
