«The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. «Hotel is conveniently located in the technology corridor. The interior is quite dated. Walking down the hall to my room it was clear there was little to no air circulation, along with very dated carpet wrinkling up. The carpet should be replaced as it poses a trip hazard. Once I got into my room, it was clean although it had a bit of a musty smell and was quite warm, again with no air circulating. Once I turned on the air conditioner it didn't seem quite as muggy, but still not a fan of that old ...

«I was in town for a funeral and was only there for one night but had to be moved because the AC unit had a loud screeching noise in the first room. I was pleased with the second room until I found out that the lights near the bathroom sink/shower area wouldn’t come on but I was too physically and mentally exhausted to move again (I just wanted to shower and get some rest). I wasn’t too thrilled with the parking fee either. I love the ambience of the hotel but I don’t know if that balances the ...

«We sat at the bar for close to 15 minutes with the front desk staff seeing us the entire time. When we finally asked them, they said that the bar is usually open but not that night. They shared that they were wondering why we were sitting there»

«For three people, they have one and half bathroom in the room. The breakfast was amazing too.»

«All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!»

«The room was clean bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great the lady that was handling the breakfast was on point she kept everything warm and available she did an excellent job. Food was good egg sausage and pancakes.»
