«What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back.»

«Jack is an amazing host! We were nestled in the woods and woke to the sound of birds and frogs. We were gifted fresh bread and butter, coffee and half and half, and eggs from his chickens. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad.»

«We went away with friends. It was a great house that had a lot of what we needed (pots, pans, coffee pot, etc) It was clean, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood and wonderful view.»

«Good value. Clean. Great a/c ,and a sweet garden. Parking your car is right outside, very convient Its a bit cluttered of large pieces of furniture for amount of space. Maybe have green eco friendly disposable glasses, plates,silver as there isn't a way to properly wash dishes.»

«The house was perfect for our needs and the location was great (beautiful view) however the house is in need of some TLC. Curled up carpets were a tripping hazard, the back outdoor camera flashed on and off all night, weeds growing out of the gutters. Beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the heaters in the bathrooms (we were there when it was cold so that was great after a shower) but living room furniture is awful (not comfortable at all and felt like it might break if more than 1 person ...

«I think this is a new property so maybe some kinks just need to be ironed out. Once that happens, this will be a very nice place to stay. The house is new, beautifully decorated and adorable. It is set up very nice for a couple or a family. It has lovely views out back (except for the trailer and debris still on property). My biggest issue with the house is there are no window treatments. «Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated.»
