«The temperature in the house upon arrival was 14 C. We had to turn the heat up and leave until it warmed up some. Clearly nobody had visited or cleaned the cottage in awhile. Both bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub had mouse poop in it. There was no water to flush the toilet or that came out of the taps in the bathroom with the tub. The kitchen and 2nd bathroom were functional at least. The patio door isn't sealed, one end had a huge gap you could see through. Despite being a cottage for up to 10 ...

«Checked in late for cleaner to come in but there was still dust on stairwell ledge cans under chair and what I dislike the most is couldn't use drive way as it was not plowed had to park on road got tickets thank God for neighbors to let me use there drive way the next night .»

«Booked a stay for me and a friend, added a friend to defray costs. Listing is for 6 people, manager charged me 70 for the additional person. I paid, then they changed the checkin time to 4pm from the advertised 4pm. Then we arrived and there was rancid garbage in the front hall closet, beds not made. The property is ok, but this is not a VRBO quality stay.»
