Deer ridge is a custom built country side home with modern amenities, and is nestled atop a hill. This spacious retreat offers unparalleled vistas of the majestic Sierras from every angle.

With 3 spacious bedrooms and a den, plus 2.5 bathrooms, the spacious home can accommodate 6 guests comfortably.

Deer Ridge is your perfect home for family gatherings, intimate getaways, celebrations with friends, bike and hike trips to Yosemite, wellness retreats, paint workshops and much more. Photographers and astronomers find it delightful to view beautiful skies, stars and natural surroundings at Deer Ridge. The sights and sounds of nature give you complete privacy from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The Space

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm ambiance of the wood-burning fireplace in the Great Room, adorned with a custom stone hearth. The open layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming environment for socializing and relaxation. A pool table adds a touch of entertainment, while the new 65" smart TV in the den offers a cozy spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The master bedroom boasts a hand crafted queen bed, a spacious bathtub and a self-care station, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Upstairs, two identical bedrooms feature a king bed and sit-stand workstation in one, and two twin beds with foos ball table in the other, providing comfortable accommodations for guests of all ages. The den in the lower level overlooks the outdoors, has a large TV plus games such as giant jenga, board games and ample seating for everyone in the group.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to discover the expansive covered decks that wrap around the home, offering plenty of outdoor seating to soak in the breathtaking views.

From the tranquil setting of the hot tub to the sizzle of the BBQ grill on the rear deck, every corner of the outdoor space invites relaxation and enjoyment.

Benches scattered throughout the property offer secluded spots to admire the natural beauty of the foothills and spot local wildlife, including deer, squirrels, and a variety of bird species.

Access & Other Details
Please note that the vacation home is accessed via a gravel road, for approximately 1.5 miles. Guests have a separate gated driveway for privacy and ease of access. Additionally, the property features outdoor cameras for security purposes, though they are not actively monitored. We respect your privacy and our focus is to provide you with an enjoyable private experience.

Conveniently located just 36 miles from Yosemite's west entrance, Deer Ridge Vacation Home serves as an ideal base camp for exploring the natural wonders of the park. From hiking and fishing to kayaking and white-water rafting, there's no shortage of outdoor adventures to be had.
