Everything was perfect and as listed. Awesome hot tub outside in the open air at night under the stars. Amazing master bathroom. Outdoor fire table was great to relax with a drink during the day and night. All amenities were great. Highly recommend for the cost.

Clean house and spacious room and patio. Several items in disrepair however suggests that owners need to spend more time to address these things - shower door, cabinet off the hinge, laundry dryer door busted, dishwasher and refrigerator doors broken, etc. Wish there were paper towels or napkins for our use the first night. Overall it was a comfortable, spacious and clean place.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at the property. Everything was clean and well-prepared, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication was very quick, and we received helpful details ahead of our stay, which made everything easy and smooth.One of our favorite parts was spending the evening by the fire pit on the huge deck. The children also really enjoyed the game room in the garage, especially the ping pong table and darts.

Nice and spacious home! It was a bit further from where we were going in Yosemite and I wasn’t expecting that. It is also about 25 minutes to a grocery store, so plan accordingly on your way in.

Overall it was a okay property. The pictures are definitely outdated. I was definitely inconvenienced by the fact that there is no king bed as described in the listing. We booked this specific property for the king bed because our toddler sleeps with us. The queen bed in one of the rooms is horrible and slumps down on the right side. The big outdoor couch in need of cleaning or replacement of cushion covers. The hot tub was a definite highlight. The primary bathroom in need of some repairs and there is no privacy in the primary bathroom. We enjoyed the game room although the games are getting wear. I would say everything is getting some wear and needs updating. Bring your own towels.

The house is nice and open and suited our family’s needs. The hot tub wasn’t really usable as it had algae in it. Not a big deal, but the kitchen could use some baking pans/pyrex, etc. We baked pasta in a grill pan. The biggest issue was communication with the hosts, which largely seems to be automated responses. Prior to booking, I asked for an hour late check out and was approved. The booking never reflected that, and after receiving a couple of automated responses to confirm a noon checkout, I got an actual response that said no, we couldn’t have a late checkout. I asked if we could have at least 30 minutes, but I received no actual response. Just an automated one about hoping our stay was fine. We left when we were ready, as we didn’t have much choice. Overall, fine but a bit frustrating.

Family get away!

Clean- roomy- fun amenities- right in the middle of 2 towns. Access to trails and Yosemite entrances. Very considerate property hosts! 5stars!

Yosemite break

Lovely property, peaceful location yet convenient for the towns of Mariposa and Oakhurst and the amenities that they have to offer. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Easy check in process and good lines of communication with the hosts in case we needed anything (we didn’t!). We would recommend and stay again if ever we were looking to visit Yosemite again.

This house was absolutely ideal for our group of 3 couples looking to experience Yosemite NP. The home is exactly as described. Well stocked and very clean. The home feels very secluded and private even though neighbors are not far away. The hot tub, firepit and whole back deck were used often and enjoyed by all. If I could give this property 6 stars, I would. If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable home to use as home base while you explore Yosemite, the giant Sequoias, or the Sierra Nevada Mountains, look no further.

Amazing Experience!

Overall we had an amazing time staying at this location! Our hosts were amazing and answered any questions we had very promptly and kindly! The house was perfect for group size. We had 8 adults all together and just fully enjoyed the amenities that are offered. The game room, deck and hot tub were used a lot during our stay! Would 10/10 stay again next time we visit California!!

A Perfect House to Share

Great house packed with all essentials….we loved the outdoor area for social time while kids played in the hot tub and made s’mores at the fire pit. It was a bit of a drive from the park but the drive is beautiful. We saw deer, chickens, and wild turkeys from our breakfast table….great views!!

Great family getaway

We had a great time. Something for everyone at this cabin. The kinds and adults enjoyed the ping pong and foosball in the new game room. Hot tub enjoyed by all. Real relaxing hangout, open floor plan. It is a long drive -- about 90 minutes -- to the Yosemite Valley floor from the cabin so you just need to plan accordingly. We would stay here again!

Yosemite adventure

Great property in beautiful and quiet surroundings. The house and hot tub were clean and instructions were readily available. The kitchen was lacking in cups, glass and some utensils. It would be great to refresh this. It’s worth noting that it’s 90mins into Yosemite Valley Overall a great stay and we would come back again

Christmas get away

We had a very nice family get away it was very cozy and comfortable. The only thing is my son left his brass knuckles in one of the bedrooms. I don’t know if there is any way to retrieve them. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay. My sons and daughter in law found everything accommodating.

Coho Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, it is a nice property. It was roomy enough to accommodate our group of 8. The one downfall was the mosquitoes. We brought bug/mosquitoes spray and a fogger, it didn't help. We were bummed we couldn't enjoy the back deck or hot tub.

Yosemite Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. We stayed for three nights and took day trips to Yosemite, Mariposa and Bass Lake. We attended a wedding on the Saturday evening and the property was less than 30 minutes away from the venue at Bass Lake. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with towels, linens, as well as a very well stocked kitchen. The weather turned extremely hot while during our stay and the HVAC systems kept up nicely. Signage around the property was excellent and made our stay more pleasant. The location while convenient offers for extreme privacy and quiet. We would recommend this rental to all.

Beautiful and comfortable

Beautiful and comfortable…plenty of space for our family. We loved it! The hot tub and patio were great! The only odd thing is that the master bedroom has no door to the master bathroom…only an optional curtain. Then in the master bathroom, toilet, sink and shower are all open…so no privacy while doing the various tasks. :) Fine for us as a married couple, but I could see it being a problem if you are sharing the bedroom/bathroom with friends or something.

Yosemite visit.

The property was nice but several things were not working. Dishwasher was missing top rack. This meant had to run dishwasher twice a day in an area where water conservation is important. The oven was not working or burner on stove. The host did respond to oven repair but other issues were not resolved. Location was nice and centrally located . Feel like property needs a little tender loving care.
