The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. «I wish there is more sound proof room, the road is right on front and can hear traffic every car passes. Same if your neighbor is having a loud conversation you can hear it. They are aluminum and sound comes through the bottom. Bed is low and fluffy so it took me a while to get used to it. Lots of water pressure so be careful when you open the faucet lol. Great location for Las Croabas and water taxis for Icacos, tours or Palomino.»

«Resort was stunning. Beautifully maintained and landscaped. Pool areas were great as was beach. No problem getting chairs at either. Staff were all friendly. We tried most restaurants on property and all were fantastic. If I had one complaint, and this seems to be most people’s complaint, it would be that everything is very, very expensive. Plan a grocery store trip to save money. »

«My family and I stayed here for one week in March. The apartment was spacious, even for four people. There was separate air conditioning in the two bedrooms. Both beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Every day they made sure that we had a nice day and responded quickly to our requests. The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. »

There were not enough basic supplies provided. We had a shortage of essentials like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and even blankets, which made the stay very uncomfortable. «The property was easy to find, and everything was clean and ready when I arrived. Some areas looked a bit worn, with minor peeling paint and chipped wood, but overall it was a good stay. If you’re sensitive to noise, they provide earplugs for nighttime sounds from animals and insects, though it didn’t bother me.
