«This small boutique property was nothing short of awesome! Jeremy and Pauline, the owner/hosts, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. «Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. I plan to return, hopefully for an extended stay. Only drawback: no TV in the room, hence the four-star rating.~~ Monet»

«Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!»

«We spent a week in St Martin almost every year since 2019, and Grand Case is the best home base during our visit. Villa Diamant offers privacy, security and the breathtaking views. It is very convenient to some of the best beaches, French restaurants and French bakeries on the island. The property manager, Eric, was very helpful providing information and assistance. «Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place.»

«We stayed at this cute studio apartment for 3 nights so we could see the island before a week-long boat trip. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early, but she had the apartment ready for us. It was decorated nicely, and it was pleasant to stay there. We walked to a market and got a few groceries for one of our meals. «La décoration est chaleureuse et soignée. Le logement est petit mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y vivre. L’emplacement est ideal et la vue est vraiment à couper le souffle. Quoi de mieux que de pouvoir se baigner sur une plage réservée à l’immeuble pour commencer ou finir sa journée?! Julia et Olivier se rendent toujours joignables et c est encore un point très positif.»

Great resort for a relaxing vacation
"We had a great week at the Simpson Bay Resort. Very friendly staff, daily cleaning and all facilities close by. There are a lot of restaurants at the resort and in walking distance as well. We also joined a great boat trip departing from the pier at the resort. We needed to visit a doctor on a holiday and the General Manager of the resort assisted us immediately and was of great help. We appreciated his help a lot as we did not know where to find medical help."
