«This location is perfect for those of us that can’t afford the extremely expensive rentals near by. It was clean well stocked and comfortable. The fire pit and jacuzzi was a great addition but the best part was the location for the lake goers. We had so much fun and we didn’t break the bank.»

«It was perfect just as described. Our fur babies loved being able to go with us. Our host was fabulous and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. She allowed us to check out a little later so our fur babies did not have to sit in a hot car while we were at the Dicey Langston statue dedication in Travelers Rest. We will be returning to the area again late fall this year or early spring of next year and will definitely try to stay at San Soucci.»

«We first thought house was in a questionable neighborhood. But once we settled in, we realized it's just in a older area that is being revitalized. We walked around without feeling unsafe and everyone was friendly. The location was great. We walked to Unity Park and downtown easily. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The beds in both rooms were extremely FIRM, which were uncomfortable to sleep on for us. But someone that likes a hard bed would be ok.»
