With a capacity of 6 persons, the large garden is ideal for families with children, as it has a large lawn and a saltwater pool. Several sunbeds invite you to sunbathe and enjoy the good weather of the island. The finca is fenced and totally private, ideal for a quiet family holiday. The fully furnished porch is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner in the open air and, why not, to prepare delicious barbecues.
The two-storey house offers very cosy, modern and open-plan rooms, thanks to the large windows distributed throughout the house. The large living-dining room with fireplace communicates with the kitchen which is fully equipped, including oven, hob, fridge and other kitchen utensils. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, access to a terrace and chill-out area. The villa has Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor. The other 2 bedrooms have a fan. Our guests find two bathrooms in the house and we provide a cot and a high chair on request.
This beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of the small and quiet village of Maria de la Salut, in a rural setting for a relaxing holiday. The fine sandy beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro is only about 20 kilometres away by car. On Wednesdays you can visit the flea market in Sineu, which is also the oldest in Mallorca. In Sineu as well as in Petra there are many cellers, restaurants serving Mallorcan food. In Maria de la Salut there is a small supermarket and some bars; further services can be found in both Can Picafort and Inca.
Things to bear in mind
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
