Parking was on property not street, home was SUPER CLEAN, and she had a new fridge, washer and dryer, close to a Walmart, and restaurants and gas stations yet rural enough to feel like you are in a neighborhood-super quiet!!! «Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.»

«Very charming property. Clean and full of charm. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I saw a family sitting on a blanket in their front yard, a few people dog walking and many runners. Definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.»
