«House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.»

«I can't say enough how this host made it so easy for us to enjoy this property. The place is extremely clean, open and bright. While the neighborhood is in transition the attention to detail and security were very much appreciated. The location was key for us and centrally located. Hardwood floors and big open windows made the place inviting. We hope to stay here again next year if possible. I would give the host 10 stars if I could for their curtesy and professionalism.»

«The property was very nice. I love the charm of older homes. We were going to Barber motorsports track and the house is about 20 minuets away so it worked out well. Laura reached out a couple times to see if there was anything we need. She also had a snack basket for us which was a nice touch. If I go back to Birmingham I would stay there again.»

«We have stayed at many places over the years and this one was one of the best. It was very clean and well kept. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. It was beautifully decorated with neat little touches throughout. But what really set it apart was all the little touches like toys and games for the family, the well-stocked coffee bar, the extra blankets in the ottoman, and even a custom word puzzle on the wall in the bathroom. Overall I wish every place we stayed was this nice.»

«We loved the house and it was spotlessly clean. Great location to go to the stadium or Talladega, which was our purpose for visiting. The traffic on the street tends to drive very fast and there are lots of barking dogs around. Neither had a negative impact on us though.»

«We really enjoyed gathering together as a family at this property, and the host organization of this property was super helpful and accommodating!! The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the park down the street and the basketball hoop for the kids to play! Grocery shopping was also super easy with the store just 4 minutes away. The only con was that I wish the carpet on the stairs was cleaned with a carpet cleaner only because we had a toddler crawling ...

«This was a fantastic property in a not fantastic neighborhood. The house was in incredible condition. They had amenities set up as if it were a hotel (there were mints on the pillows). I've never seen so many towels in my life. We were a family of 6, but I think each bathroom had enough towels that we could have hosted all of our extended family and everyone would have had a towel, haha! Jonathan was great and easy to work with. We just needed this place for a 1-night stay and would use it ...

«Great location to Barber Motorsports track ( 30 mins). Plenty of parking - we had 4 mustangs. Quiet neighbor. Within 5 mins of most Shopping needs - Santo coffee 2 min drive and GREAT!»

«Overall we liked the place, but I was a little concerned about the neighborhood. It served it's purpose for our trip though. The only thing I wasn't happy with is maintenance was scheduled during our stay and I was uncomfortable with having someone in the house with our belongings while we weren't there. It seems this could have been scheduled when someone wasn't staying at the property. Otherwise the home was lovely.»
