Sea Suite

Welcome to the Sea Suite, a beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! This property offers a 5-10 minute walk to multiple beaches, a variety of shopping and dining options, a movie theatre, an adult arcade, rooftop and beachside bars, and mini-golf, just to name a few attractions. 

Take in views of the sunset from your private lanai while enjoying a heated in-ground pool with pool toys for all ages. Drink happy hour cocktails on the deck chairs or on the bar stools next to the pass-through window, play a game of ring toss, or dine alfresco.

With an expansive kitchen containing a 12-foot island and fully-stocked cupboards, a dining room that seats 8+ comfortably, and a large great room, you'll find this home perfect for family meals. This spacious property includes two living rooms, each with sectionals and large TVs to allow family and friends to find places to gather or spread out. On nights in, enjoy a movie or choose from one of the many board games we provide. There are smart TVs and phone chargers in every bedroom, along with a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen for your entertainment. Bedrooms feature fine linens, towels, and comfortable mattresses and provide a variety of options for sleeping, with a king, queen, two twins, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa with an added chaise. Finally, the Sea Suite includes a private garage equipped with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, sand tools, a cooler, beach towels, 2 bicycles to tour the island and a wagon, for your use.

THINGS TO KNOW:

• There will be a keypad on the door for entry. You will be provided a four-digit code a few days prior to your stay.
• We allow no more than 2 dogs, see pet fee in pricing. Please do not allow your furry family members on any of the furniture or in the pool. We kindly ask that you bag and dispose of fecal matter in the appropriate outdoor garbage bin.  Cats and other pets are strictly prohibited as owner is highly allergic. 

• We have one camera on the property, which is the ring doorbell at the front door.

• The pool is heated to at least 85 degrees, but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight, and once the pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
• Bicycles: we have provided 2 bicycles for you to explore the island. PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles are not inspected between each stay. It is your responsibility to inspect and deem safe for your use. 

• You can park one car/SUV in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code, you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. If you choose to do so, you will have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit, the property will be fined on a daily basis, and the fines will be taken from your security deposit.

• Please be aware that if you do not purchase travel insurance and you cannot make your stay due to illness, issues with your flight or the weather, etc., we have a no-refund policy.

• As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9, "any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily, and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily."

• It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
