«The house is new and absolutely beautiful! The layout was perfect for our 3 couples and conveniently close (walking distance) to some restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. The fire pit was fun for evening chats and the pool made our last day very memorable. The host was quick to respond to questions and we would rent this house again on our next trip to Marco.»

«We really enjoyed the house and the area! It was close to everything. We had some minor issues and it lacked some of the amenities found in other homes we have rented. The house should have a booklet outlining all requirements and instructions for the stay. »

«This house is so beautifully set up. The kitchen and open living room/dining room are perfect for relaxing together after a fun day on the island. We truly appreciated the amazing set up outside-the patio is the perfect place to read a book. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Marco Island home. We got some great R&R in and it was much needed. Home is so comfortable and has everything you need. Great location for getting around Marco Island. Sad to be back in the cold. Happy New Year!»

«Great communication with the host, and the home is very well maintained. There wasn't anything we found that we needed. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday and it couldn't have been better. The location is outstanding, to many walkable businesses, restaurants, and of course the beach. »
