Perfectly positioned on a scenic canal, the home features tranquil water views and an exceptional outdoor lifestyle designed for comfort and entertaining.

    Step outside to two expansive outdoor areas that invite you to unwind in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy the private outdoor pool, fire up the fully equipped outdoor BBQ, or simply relax and take in the peaceful canal setting. A private dock is available for enjoying the waterfront atmosphere (Boat lift is not available)

    Inside, the home is thoughtfully updated with stylish warm coastal finishes, open living spaces, and plenty of room for families or couples to spread out and feel at home. The layout offers both comfort and privacy after a day of exploring the island.

    CONVENIENTLY LOCATED: Just 1 mile from the Winterberry Beach access point and some of Marco Island’s best attractions. You’re minutes from downtown dining and shopping, the YMCA (pickle ball courts) and the island’s beautiful white-sand beaches. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, outdoor fun, or easy access to everything Marco Island has to offer, this meticulous waterfront retreat delivers the perfect vacation escape.

    LIVING ROOM: Large sectional leather couch, with a recliner, and a Large Smart TV with streaming capabilities when you sign into your personal streaming account(s). Hulu, Netflix, Prime, HBO Max and YouTube.

    KITCHEN: Fully stocked with a large kitchen island. A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig for single use. A toaster, a Ninja blender, Crock Pot, knife block, pot & pans, bakeware and mixing bowls, for cooking up a nice homemade meal.

    DINING ROOM: The dining table seats 8. And, the Kitchen Island seats 5, keeping the chef company while they make a good family meal.

    MASTER BEDROOM: King bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large walk in shower, and a walk in closet. This bedroom has a sliding glass door with direct access to the large lanai. We provide soaps, hair dryer and linens. Just bring your favorite toiletries and sunscreen

    GUEST BEDROOM #1: a King sized bed and Smart TV, also with streaming capabilities

    SECOND BATHROOM: Has a tub/shower combo. We provide soaps, hair dryer and linens

    GUEST BEDROOM #2: Queen bed with large window facing the water and a sliding glass door, with direct access to the large lanai.

    LARGE UPSTAIRS LANAI: Just off of the living room is a full length lanai. On the lanai is a a dining table with 6 dining chairs and comfy cushioned chairs. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outside dining, and or cocktails, overlooking the water.

    LARGE POOLSIDE PATIO: Enjoy being together in the outdoors, poolside and relaxing on the patio chairs, while overlooking the tropical lush backyard, pool and gulf water. A BBQ grill, with 2 burners, an outdoor refrigerator, a table with 6 chairs to enjoy a wonderful backyard evening dinner!

    WASHER & DRYER are in the laundry room, located inside the house, for your use

    OUTDOOR HEATED POOL: Heated pool faces East. Complimentary heat provided Nov. 21-May 1. (Pool temp may vary due to weather conditions) PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING OUR SUMMER MONTHS. MAY THROUGH MID-NOVEMBER. Pool heat offered for a fee, May 2-Nov. 20, 2026. Pool is heated to 83 degrees. But, the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. No refunds for the pool shutting off when the weather is too cold for it to function properly.

    OUTDOOR BBQ grill with 2 side burners (for pots/pans & additional cooking). Plenty of counter space, an outdoor refrigerator, and a table with 6 chairs. In addition, there are plenty of comfy outdoor seating.

    BEACH GEAR: We provide a beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler for your days at the beach

    DOCK: The dock is perfect for launching a kayak or paddle board, on site fishing, or watching marine life. (No access to the boat lift). Rent a kayak or paddle board by the hour, day or week from Paddle Marco Island. They will deliver right to the house. They also do guided tours.

    PARKING: Two vehicles maximum. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks. Boat trailers are absolutely NOT allowed to remain on the property, as per city regulations (subject to city fines, which would be the renters financial responsibility)

    FREE WIFI

    ⚠️⚠️ NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES. IF the house is available, the maximum allowable time is 2 hours early, or late. A flat EXTRA FEE of $100.00 will be charged and agreed upon, well in advance. Otherwise, entry will be only be activated at posted arrival time (4pm). Lock will automatically become engaged at time of posted departure (10am).

    DOWNTOWN: Only 1 mile to Sami's, Joey's, Doreens & La Mesa Taqueria restaurants. Choose to walk, or drive

    STAIR ACCESS ONLY into and out of the house. All renters must be able to walk up and down the stairs (as seen in the photos)

    We provide a roll of TP in each bathroom, a roll of Paper towels, and soaps to get you started. (We don't supply for your entire stay)

    OUR HOME IS A PET FREE HOME due to severe allergies can can lead to an Emergency Room visit. NO SMOKING. And, no large group gatherings (parties) allowed.

    RENTER MUST PROVIDE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, must be at least 28 years old and sign a rental agreement

    Outdoor cameras are on location: One located at the front door/entrance, one located at the back door/patio exit and one overlooking the boat lift.

    Minut monitor: measures noise level outside. This house is on a quiet and close knit street. No large gathering and/or parties allowed

    RESIDENTIAL RULES:
    We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
    Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and moves to 500.00, for a second visit.

    Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are not allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners.

    A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED APPROXIMATELY A WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, AS A CREDIT CARD “HOLD”. ASSUMING THERE ARE NO SITUATIONS, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

    CLOSE BEACH ACCESS POINTS:
    (a) Just 1 mile to the Public Beach Access Point (no parking) at Maple Ave. & Collier Blvd. Easily, walk, ride a bike, or get dropped off at this nearby public beach access point.
    (b) Just 2.1 miles to the "Turtle Parking Lot" for Mid-Island Beach access, at Winterberry & Collier Blvd. Pay at the Pay Station, or use the ParkMobile App.
    (c) Just 2.3 miles to Marco Island South Beach Public access. This has a Parking Lot, with an on-site pay station for $8-$10 per car. This lot is located at Swallow Ave. & Collier Blvd. If you park here, then don't miss having lunch or enjoying a sunset dinner at the Sunset Grille! This casual restaurant is beachfront and open to the public.

    WE STRONGLY URGE ALL RENTERS TO PURCHASE "TRAVELERS INSURANCE" in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. If you choose not to purchase Traveler’s Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, illness, surgeries, death in the family or any other various life’s curveballs will be your own responsibility. We had the best time staying here! It fit our family of five perfectly. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We will most likely back in the future. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and fun to stay on the canal and watch boats drive by.
