This newly constructed home was made for entertaining you and your guests. Each bedroom boasts a private ensuite rooted in luxury and comfort. Entertain your guests in the expansive open concept family room and kitchen. Sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the canal and wildlife in a private resident community. Relax in the heated pool or giant hot tub, grill your favorite catch of day. Embrace simplicity and elegance while you catch up with your guests in the spacious kitchen, custom-made with high end finishes made for large gatherings. Marco Island is in the heart of the 10,000 islands. Surrounded by protected mangroves that provide endless trails for amazing kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing on those windy days when you can't get offshore. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, excellent shelling, world class fishing, boating and fantastic golfing. This meticulous property is in the heart of Marco minutes away from amazing restaurants and endless shopping for you to enjoy.
This home is equipped with boat dock with elevator and jet ski lifts. They require an extra fee. Three car garage to accommodate for extra guests. This property is well-equipped and ideal for couples/families traveling together. What are you waiting for – get here already! We also have a child pool alarm on all pool doors if requested to activate.

Fabulous Vacation in Marco at a perfect house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxury vacation house. It’s better than the pictures show. Location is great, right in the Center of the island, quick drive to the YMCA for the gym, public and Walgreens and the beach access. We rented a boat and toured the canals and went to tiger tail beach and a few other islands. Caught lots of fish and collected some amazing shells. Owner was fabulous to deal with, goes above and beyond and handled all of our questions and the process was seamless. House is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your day in the pool or at the beach.Ciao Bella Fratelli - love you more!We will return CheersPaul

Perfection

This property is top-notch in every way! It is a beautifully designed and furnished home, with every amenity imaginable. We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday with grandparents here and found ourselves opting to stay “home” more often than not to enjoy this peaceful and luxurious place. Dan was the consummate host and ensured that every aspect of our stay was exemplary. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we are already looking forward to next time!

Guys Golf Trip

We are a group of middle aged who do an annual golf trip in the Naples/Marco area. We golf all day, shower and go out for dinner each day. Then go home and relax in the pool and hot tub with a few cocktails. This place was perfect to accommodate us. The outside pool and hot tub area is updated. The owner even ensures it’s heated up when you get there. The bathrooms and bedrooms are all updated and extremely comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better house to fit our needs. The owner is in constant contact to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Fantastic in every way!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Fratelli. Came for a long weekend to attend a wedding and it was perfect for our group. Loved that all the bedrooms were en-suite. The outdoor space was luxurious. Hosts were super communicative (thank you, Dan!) and so helpful. The house was well stocked, immaculate, and very high-end. Would love to return to Bella Fratelli, and we highly recommend it to people of all age groups.

Incredible Stay

Everything was as perfect as the pictures online. Dan is the most thoughtful, gracious host.He provided us with all the information we needed. The house is just perfect!Would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Marco area. Our family will definitely be back!

Amazing property!

This was such a great experience! We loved the home and the ease of checking in/out. Dan was phenomenal at communicating with us. We stayed with our four kids. So much room for families! The pool alarm was a nice addition to turn on in the evening when we were done swimming for peace of mind. The home was clean and well thought out. Beds were super comfortable! I would stay again and again!

Wonderful accommodations!

The property is beautiful and very well appointed. There is an abundance of linens, utensils, dishes, etc. The boat lift worked well with my 24’ dual console. Dan was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Marco Island.

By far the best house rental in Marco Island!

This house is really beautiful and in excellent condition. My three kids and husband had the pleasure of staying here during the summer and we enjoyed every second of it! It's very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen for cooking, plenty of glassware for entertaining and plenty of linens, beach and bath towels. It's also in a great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Dan, the host, was available 24/7 for anything we needed such as help with putting on the pool heater or trying to turn down the AC. They even had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Our kids were never bored. They would go in the pool, fish off the dock or play a board game of which there's plenty to choose from. Our family loves Marco Island and we have been renting houses on the island every summer for the past 10 years. This is by far the best one we have chosen and will definitely be staying here next summer!

WOW, amazing home, host, location!

There are no words to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation we have for this great host and wonderful home! My family and I shared a weekend full of memories and connections. Dan and his team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their attention to detail and excellent communication skills made getting our logistics together for our family trip easy and effortless. The waterfront home itself is astonishing, better in reality than the photos. Once you enter the house, the open space concept was great for our morning family breakfast and movie night. The vast windows/sliding doors, which give the view to the fantastic backyard and pool, made everyone feel connected at all times. The energy of the home was calm and blissful! I can not recommend it enough. If you ever find yourself visiting Marco Island, please give yourself and your loved ones the gift of staying here. Thank you again, Dan! Stunning Home!!!

This house has it all! The outdoor/pool area is beautiful. The bedrooms are very spacious and made us feel very comfortable. The upgraded appliances are a nice feature. Everything exceeded our expectations. Dan, the host, was very accommodating and immediately answered any questions we had while staying at the house.
