Enjoy your family vacation in this lovely home centrally located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores, YMCA and Mackle Park. Best of all, the beach is only 1.5 miles away! Upon your arrival, unwind in the spacious living room on leather sofas around a 55 LED 4K UHD Smart TV. Retire to your choice of bedrooms. Split floor plan with Master bedroom off the living room, king size 4 poster bed, 43 LED 4K UHD Smart TV, his and hers walk-in closets, en-suite with a walk in shower, soaking tub and a dual sink vanity. Guest bedrooms are down the hall from the kitchen/breakfast area. One bedroom has twin beds with a walk in closet and 43 LED Full HD wall mounted Smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 43 LED Full HD wall mounted Smart TV and accesses the cabana bath with its own separate entrance. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee/tea from either drip or Keurig coffee makers in the breakfast area with a large window overlooking the pool. Pool is screened in and has a large lanai that is furnished with two tables and seating for 10 plus 2 chaise lounges, Tommy Bahama ice chest to keep your favorite beverages cold. Weber Grill to enjoy a cookout, while soaking up the sun. Pool and lanai can be seen from living room, breakfast area, kitchen and main bedroom. If cooking meals at home is your preference, kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinets and full pantry. Serve your meals in the formal dining room.
Additional features to enhance your stay are: Hi-speed internet, cable, alarm and telephone service. Water purification system for drinking water located at the sink and in the refrigerator. Den with a desk to work away from home with a 43 LED 4K UHD Smart TV and a queen size futon.

Great location, beautiful, clean home

This home had the perfect location centrally located in Marco. It was a short walk or drive to just about everything. The house was very clean and accommodating for our family of four. The pool was wonderful and heated to about 84 degrees. The kids and I did develop rashes from the lack of chlorine in the pool, as it tends to evaporate quickly in the Florida heat, but that is not a reflection of the home itself. Just a small note. The check-in process was a bit strange. When I arrived I was told the keys to the home were given to someone else. At no point did anyone check my ID or reservation number. Luckily, the woman who got my keys realized the mistake and came back to exchange them for the right set of keys for the home she was renting. If it were my home, I would want to ensure the rightful parties are renting the home and request an ID and reservation number upon check-in. Again, that is not a reflection of the home itself, which is lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay and exploring Marco island.

Great house, good location

The house is very comfortable and in a convenient location. My only caveat is that if you plan on working in the office while others are home, be aware that the office does not have a door, so it is not soundproof. But if you don't have to work on vacation, it's perfect.

Nice clean house for any family

We really enjoyed this house in Marco Island. We have stayed at a few places on the island and this was a wonderful choice. Very clean and spacious. The pool and porch was nice and clean. Loved being able to park in the garage at night and come in through garage instead of front door. The kitchen was nice and big. The water filtration system was a nice added touch. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Nice rental

Property had a nice pool. Master bedroom and bathroom were nice and spacious. Nice size kitchen and plenty of dining areas. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella.

Great family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The management company had great communication and promptly answered any questions we had. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Unfortunately, we could not use the lanai or pool in the evenings because the pool light did not work (assuming it just needs to be changed) and we could not locate the remote for the lanai fan or lights. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property to family & friends.

Marco Vacation

Beautiful house. Even nicer in person as the pictures don’t show the high ceilings. Very comfortable beds in every room. The kitchen is amazing. If you want to cook while there they have everything you need (other than the food and spices). The pool is great, heated. Perfect way to end the day after the beach. I will certainly look to book this house again.
